Privacy notice

This page explains, in plain language, what Promptivity collects on this shop and in our emails, and why. Last updated October 18, 2026.

What we collect

If you sign up for the free cheat sheet, we collect your email address, and your name if a form asks for it. If the link you followed to the signup form names where it came from, such as X or LinkedIn, we save that name with your email address so we can count which posts bring signups. Our email provider also records when you signed up and confirmed, and basic delivery information, such as whether an email was delivered, opened or a link in it was clicked.

Why we collect it

To send you the one-page cheat sheet ChatGPT in 5 Minutes and Promptivity Daily Tips, short ChatGPT tips by email. Tips are not sending yet; we'll start once the list is ready. We also use it to make sure we stop emailing you when you unsubscribe. We don't use it for anything else.

Double opt-in

After you sign up, we send you one email asking you to confirm. You're only added to the list if you click the button in that email. If you don't click it, you won't be added.

Who handles it

Our email list is stored and sent by Brevo, an EU-based email service, on our behalf. Brevo handles your address under Brevo's privacy policy.

We never sell your email address.

Unsubscribing

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. After that we keep it only to make sure we don't email you again. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. You can also email support@promptivity.ai and we'll take you off the list. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email the same address.

Buying a guide

Guides are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Gumroad handles your payment and order details under Gumroad's own privacy policy. Buyers aren't added to the list automatically.
